Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the minimum cancellation and refund rules for orders placed through the UPAKO KPOP official store.
Cancellation before shipment
You may request cancellation before your order has shipped. If the order is still unpaid, it may be cancelled without a refund. If payment has already been completed and the order has not shipped, approved cancellations are refunded to the original PayPal payment method.
After shipment
Once an order has shipped, cancellation or return for change of mind is generally not available. Please contact us if there is a serious issue with your order, such as a missing item or an item sent incorrectly.
Incorrect or missing items
If we confirm that an item was sent incorrectly or is missing from your order, we may offer a refund or resend the item depending on the situation and available stock.
Collectible item condition
K-pop photocards, albums, and collectibles may have minor manufacturing marks, small print differences, or condition details visible in listing photos. Minor condition differences that were shown or reasonably visible before purchase may not qualify for return or refund.
Shipping delays and customs
Delivery delays caused by customs clearance, weekends, holidays, postal service delays, or local carrier delays are not grounds for cancellation or refund. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and local charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Refund method
Approved refunds are processed through PayPal to the original payment method. PayPal or the buyer's payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund.
